'Rock It' new Gorillaz video premiered on new site - possible single?

Indubitably the highlight of the new Gorillaz website was the premiere of a video for a new Gorillaz song 'Rock It'. The video features the band plodding over a dusty landscape as evil trees grow around them and they are confronted by Terry Gillam-esque heads of famous stars (with strange wobbling false eyes). The Exorcist statue also features prominently, singing the chorus with 2-D. Some screen grabs from the video appear below (thanks to jur for these):

The production values of the new video are more in line with Tomorrow Comes Today than Clint Eastwood, making it uncertain whether 'Rock It' will be the comeback single. However it is rare that a group make a video without a single release scheduled at least at some stage.

The song itself with its addictive 'blah blah blah blah' and head-nodding bassline recalls Ian Drury and The Clash in places and is definitely a solid comeback.

You can watch the video for yourself by visiting the official Gorillaz site here.
