Feel Good Inc to feature in new Singstar PS2 game in the US
mrpane911 sends the news that Gorillaz' hit single Feel Good Inc will feature in a forthcoming Singstar game 'SingStar Pop', out only in North America on April 3. The game will be released exclusively for the Playstation 2 console. The Singstar series of video games are karaoke games, and this is the first Singstar game to feature a Gorillaz song. Just like how the megahit American Idol was "borrowed" from the UK, another crooning Anglican phenomenon is coming to the US. Sony Computer Entertainment America today announced that SingStar Pop, a karaoke game for the PlayStation 2, will be released in North America on April 3.
Developed by Sony's London studios, SingStar Pop lets gamers live out their fantasies of being a pop singer by using am external microphone peripheral. Multiplayer options include a cooperative duet mode, a versus battle mode, and the team-based pass-the-mic mode. The full song list is below, but those who own SingStar Rocks! can insert that disc and sing songs from that game.
SingStar Pop has not yet been rated by the ESRB and has not been priced. The game will also be available with or without two microphones.
Perhaps you've heard James Blunt's song "You're pretty gosh darned good-looking."
